What we can help with
Bug reports, feature requests, feedback, advertising and partnership inquiries
Please include the tool name, the file type and size you used, and what you expected to happen. This helps us reproduce and resolve the issue faster.
What to write to us about
Something is broken. A tool that fails on a particular file is the most useful message we get, because it is the one we can act on immediately. The note above covers what to include; adding the browser, and whether it happened on a phone or a desktop, usually saves a round trip.
A tool cannot do what you need. Missing formats, missing presets, an option that stops just short. Several tools and a good number of settings on this site exist because somebody wrote in and asked, so it is worth doing even when it feels like a long shot.
A question about privacy or how something works. We would rather answer than have you guess, and good questions tend to end up on the FAQ afterwards. Advertising, partnerships and press reach the same inbox.
What to expect back
Every message is read by the people who build the tools, and we reply to all of them, normally within a working day. The form and support@imgcruncher.com land in the same place, so use whichever you prefer. No account, no ticket number, no queue to chase.
One thing we genuinely cannot help with: recovering a file. Every tool here processes images in your browser, so we never receive a copy of anything you convert. That is the point of the design, and the trade is that if you close the tab before downloading, the result is gone and we cannot retrieve it.
Two matters have their own routes: copyright complaints go through the DMCA page, and anything that could put visitors at risk should follow the security disclosure process.
